Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review our policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
1. Astrology Consultations
Due to the dedicated preparation, chart calculation, and reserved time slots, all booked consultations are non-refundable once confirmed.
2. Custom & Digital Products
Bespoke hardbound volumes (including “Jeevansaar”) and digital analytical reports are personalized to individual birth coordinates; therefore, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once compilation or printing has commenced.
3. Advance Rescheduling Window
For standard advance bookings, clients must submit a reschedule request at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time to select a new slot without penalty.
4. Same-Day Rescheduling Window
For consultations booked on the same day they are scheduled to take place, rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 2 hours before the start time.
5. Late Notice Penalty
If a rescheduling request is made outside of the required windows (less than 12 hours’ notice for advance bookings, or less than 2 hours’ notice for same-day bookings), the duration of the rescheduled consultation will be reduced by 50%.
6. Missed Sessions & Forfeiture
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, or misses a rescheduled, reduced-time appointment, the session is forfeited in full with no further rescheduling or refund permitted.
