1. Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule a booked astrology consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• Requests made within 24 hours of the consultation may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

2. Refunds

• Full or partial refunds may be issued only if an error has occurred on our side, such as incorrect or incomplete information in your report due to our mistake.
• If the customer provides incorrect birth or personal details, resulting in inaccurate predictions, no refund will be issued.
• Refund eligibility will be reviewed case-by-case by our customer support team.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
